Prof. Dr. Isaac Andy is the founder, CEO, and director of iZND Services, a company that provides IT solutions and services to clients across various industries. He is also an application developer, database administrator, and project manager with experience in handling complex and critical projects.

Isaac started his career as a technical leader at IBM Global Services, where he was heading the Desktop Management of Malaysia Airlines. He was also involved in the e-ticketing migration project for the airline, which required him to facilitate the implementation of SITA’s solution and coordinate the global deployment. Isaac’s expertise and innovation helped him to solve the technical challenges and ensure the successful completion of the project.

In 2012, Isaac founded iZND Services with a vision to help businesses increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance by automating redundant tasks and streamlining business processes. His company offers a one-stop solution that includes web hosting, domain registration, cloud management, IT outsourcing, and IoT services. Isaac also collaborates with other companies through his Partner Expert Leveraging Program, which aims to deliver superior quality and customer satisfaction.

Isaac is also passionate about exploring the potential of blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to create new and innovative products and services. Some of his projects include:

  • iZND Coin: A cryptocurrency that is backed by the value of iZND Services and its partners. It can be used to pay for iZND’s services, as well as to access exclusive benefits and rewards.
  • iZND Festival NFT Collection: A series of NFTs that celebrate the diversity and culture of Malaysia. Each NFT represents a different festival or event that is unique to the country, such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and more.
  • TheAlien.888: A generative 8k NFT collection that features 10,000 unique and rare alien characters. Each alien has its own attributes and traits, such as accessories, background, body, eyes, and held item. The collection is minted with a verified smart contract12 and has a dedicated community of collectors and fans.
  • NFT Ticketing: A platform that leverages NFTs to create secure and transparent digital tickets for events and shows. The platform allows event organizers to create, sell, and manage tickets as NFTs, and also provides a secondary market for ticket holders to trade or resell their tickets.
  • iZNDverse: A virtual reality metaverse that is powered by iZND Services and its partners. The iZNDverse is a digital world where users can create, explore, socialize, and play. The iZNDverse also integrates NFTs and iZND Coin to enable users to own and trade digital assets and experiences.

Isaac has also developed several software products that are globally recognized as top players in their respective domains. Some of his software products are:

  • iZND GPS Fleet Management Solution: A web-based GPS tracking platform that is used by transportation companies, police and fire departments, utility companies, service organizations, and other businesses with mobile workers. The platform offers real-time tracking, vehicle maintenance, dispatch, eco driving, driver journal, alerts, and reporting modules. The platform supports hundreds of different tracking devices, maps, and languages, and can scale from small installations to thousands of vehicles and operators3 .
  • iZND Point of Sale Platform: A cloud-based point of sale system that helps retailers and merchants to manage their sales, inventory, customers, and loyalty programs. The platform is compatible with various hardware devices, such as barcode scanners, printers, cash drawers, and card readers. The platform also integrates with popular payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe, and Square, and offers analytics and reporting features to monitor business performance .
  • iZND Autonomous Driving Platform: A software platform that enables the development and deployment of autonomous driving applications for various vehicles, such as cars, trucks, buses, and drones. The platform uses artificial intelligence, computer vision, and sensor fusion to provide perception, planning, control, and simulation capabilities. He was also conferred with the title of Honorary Professor of the Academic Union, Oxford in the same year. Isaac holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information System from Staffordshire University, and an associate’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Stamford International University and Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
